What is Rucking?
Rucking is hiking or walking long distances with a weighted backpack, or rucksack

Why Should I Ruck?
Rucking is a low-impact, full body workout that can provide a number of benefits, including increased endurance, improved cardiovascular health, and burn a bunch of calories. Rucking can also build strength in your legs, back, and core.

How much weight should I put in my sack? 
That depends on your current fitness level, experience rucking, and your specific goals but we recommend you start with a light weight, maybe about 10% of your body weight and gradually increase as you get more comfortable with rucking.

How far are we going to ruck? 
Each ruck will be at least 3.5 miles. Longer rucks could be 10-15 miles.
