My diverse experience working in different health and fitness environments has given me the knowledge and skills to create effective programs for people of all ages and fitness levels.


I learned the importance of fitness at a young age, playing baseball and seeing firsthand how getting stronger helped me become a better player. Now, I use that same knowledge to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing.  My clients choose to work with me because they appreciate the effort I put into learning and applying strength principles to their custom programs. I genuinely care about their success, and I always make sure their plan is efficient and evidence-based.

Aside from personal training, I have experience in fitness management and enjoy mentoring new trainers as they begin their careers.

When I'm not at the gym, you can find me hitting the links for a round of golf with my friends, or spending quality time with my family by the lake.
